A very special trade fair presence with a stand and a new collection of urban lighting fixtures both designed by Alfonso Femia / AF*Design.

A sharing of objectives between Alfonso Femia and our company: more than a professional collaboration, a real understanding of the themes of project and design, quality, performance and comfort.

Thus the exhibition appointment is transformed into a real event that takes place for six days in a space of 300 square meters with multiple accesses that defines it as an urban "interior", with suggestive luminous solutions for public spaces that create well-being and favour conviviality. The project culminates in an unprecedented "square" of metaphysical evocation, a nuanced and poetic dimension, in which the technology of the lighting fixtures lets light take centre stage.

The stand set up

Seven corridors, vaulted galleries, converge towards a central area to represent the typical Italian urban square: the architecture of the Cariboni Group stand reveals itself as an island full of suggestions. The light, object of the exhibition, crosses, lingers, withdraws into the play of shadows. In total sharing of objectives with the company, Alfonso Femia has designed a space that creates the conditions for observation, reflection and dialogue. A project that arouses amazement and curiosity: multifocal perspectives lead to the exploration of space and products.

Great attention to sustainability, both for the selection of materials (mdf, plywood) and coatings (water-based paints, eco laminates for the floating floor). But it is on the potential for reuse in other contexts, on the optimization of the disassembly and reassembly process of the components of the stand that the design responsibility and environmental respect of Alfonso Femia / AF*Design emerge as the prevailing features of the concept.

Light becomes a design element of all settings, opening a dialogue between place and man, while the shape and geometry of the stand express their coherence with the materials, in a continuous scenographic emotion.
