Euroluce 2023: why we'll be there

At Cariboni, we’ve been finding solutions for large and small challenges for over a century. And this is precisely the spirit that led us to participate in Euroluce 2023. A very important step for us and, more generally, for the entire technical lighting industry. The vast world of technical lighting has finally arrived at the Salone del Mobile with the launch of the new fair format curated by Lombardini22.

“For Cariboni Group, the 2023 edition of Euroluce represents the moment Light overcomes the decorative-technical dichotomy and seeks a more harmonious balance between visual appeal and functional performance. We feel it is our duty to take part in affirming this paradigm shift to promote lighting that interacts with its surroundings and adapts to the visual, emotional and biological demands of its users.

One of the reasons we chose to participate in this edition is our belief that the fair system has changed in recent years, evolving from a mere showcase for new products to an important opportunity for meetings, dialogue and exchange between the industry’s various operators and the professionals who visit it. We consider these kinds of contaminations valuable resources from which to draw. Our own results are in fact owing to the expertise, experience and passion of all those who work with us and who we manage to involve. We privilege local suppliers and partners from our own territory so that we can meet them in person and build strong, trusting relationships. We believe proximity to be a crucial factor in proper design and quality management. Indeed, we believe that excellent design depends on a human and experiential dimension of work that also encourages informal information flows and collective, perhaps even unconscious, if not involuntary, engagement in creative processes.

One of Cariboni Group's primary goals in participating in Euroluce is to demonstrate that Good Light is indeed possible, and how celebrating shadows and protecting darkness need not be a contradiction in terms for light producers. If every place is illuminated with its own light, the one that most enhances it while protecting the wellbeing of all life forms that inhabit it, then everyone will benefit.

We will be at Euroluce 2023 to demonstrate how our kindness towards people and the environment is expressed through Good Light capable of enhancing public areas and protecting the wellbeing of all life forms,” explains Dante Cariboni. “We will be there to listen, because it is through dialogue with designers that we are able to create tailored solutions consistent with each location's identity. We will be there to meet, because we believe in the human and collective dimension of doing business”.
