Mât Balancier

Mât Balancier is an original urban lighting system designed by the architect and lighting designer François Migeon.

Plus

Design

Design

The original load-bearing structure with rocker arm and the formal richness of the light fittings make the product easily recognisable and give the places it lights a strong identity.

Flexibility

Flexibility

The post can be low (4.4m) to support a lantern, or high (6m) to be fitted with a long rocker arm. The rocker arm can be tilted by 0° to +90° in relation to the street surface, in 10° steps. Various elements can be fastened to the ends: a rotating light fitting, floodlight, lantern or pointed rod.
Visual comfort

Visual comfort

Combining the different elements adds diffused and focused light effects to the general lighting and can create welcoming and evocative lighting scenarios.

DURABLE

DURABLE

The product is robust and reliable. Components, materials and finishes have been chosen to last a long time and resist corrosion, infiltration and mechanical impact.
REPAIRABLE

REPAIRABLE

The source and the power supply and control unit can be replaced for maintenance and to update the product in order to extend its service life.

SINGLE MANAGEMENT

Custom programmable virtual midnight self-learning

SINGLE MANAGEMENT
Custom programmable versions are available on customer’s request. Using a virtual midnight algorithm, a precise reduction can be made in the luminaire’s luminous flux percentage and its electrical power input.

GROUP MANAGEMENT

Flow adjustment in 1-10V and DALI

GROUP MANAGEMENT
1-10V — This is an analogue type control system based on the distribution of a voltage signal between 1 and 10 Volt, where 1 V corresponds to the minimum light intensity value and 10 V corresponds to the maximum value. DALI — This is a digital type control system where every device is assigned a unique address that allows the individual light points to be controlled and the control units to be created.

REMOTE MANAGEMENT

PLC and wireless

REMOTE MANAGEMENT
PLC — Using PLC communications. i.e. with no extra system wiring, it is possible to communicate with each individual light point. The system allows each individual luminaire to be monitored remotely and consumption profiles to be modified. Wireless — The wireless remote management system can remote control luminaires simply and without limits thanks to the existing system. Wireless technology allows each individual luminaire to be monitored remotely and consumption profiles to be modified.
